Moroccan Mint Tea

You require:
* 1 kettle
* 1 metal (Moroccan) teapot
* 5 tea glasses
Ingredients
* 1½ teaspoon of green tea the smaller the grains the better)
* 0.4 L of water
* 1 bunch of good fresh mint (must have good strong smell)
* 3 spoons sugar (or according to taste)
Preparation:
* Boil 0.4L of water
* Put green tea in the teapot
* Pour a little hot water onto the tea to rinse it and throw this water (it gets red of the bitterness, but this is optional)
* Add the mint and sugar
* Fill the teapot with hot water (the water should cover the mint)
* Bring the teapot to boil turn off the cooker once you notice the mint is raising.(this is optional otherwise just leave the tea to brew for 5 to 8 minutes)
* Leave it to brew for 4 or five minutes;
* To stir the tea: Pour the tea into a tea glass and pour it back again into the teapot three to four times;
* Pour into the tea glasses by raising you hand slightly by about 10 to 15 cm so as to make tea bubbles.
Tip: Do not stir the tea with a spoon but pour the tea into a tea glass and back again into the teapot three to four times.
